On November 5, 2005, I taped my episode on Deal or No Deal in hopes that NBC would take on the show....and they did!
It aired on December 22, 2005. Such an amazing memory I will always treasure.

I was so fortunate to have been chosen for Deal or No Deal CNBC, through 2 casting calls and then to have been blessed with the winnings.
Although I had to pay 49% in taxes, I was able to pay my mom & stepdad back of all the debts I'd accumulated in my adult life, pay off all of my debt including student loans and hospital bills from my heart condition, I was able to buy my dad and grandmother home furnishings, buy plane tickets to make extra visits to see family and friends, bought a lot of my friends things and got to take them out, I was able to pay for multiple surgeries on my rescue rat Sniffy Maxine and live in an apartment for a year without touching my paycheck. (Which was super skinny as a private school teacher. I think in 2005, I made $25,000 that year for teaching 1st grade.)
