INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE BASE

* 320g Oreo Cookie Crumbs
* 90g Butter, melted

FOR THE CARAMEL

* 397g Condensed Milk (1 tin)
* 150g Caster Sugar
* 150g Butter
* 3 tbsp Golden Syrup
* 1/4 tsp Salt

FOR THE TOPPING

* 200g Milk Chocolate
* 9 Oreo Cookies
* White Chocolate, melted

I recommend a 20cm square baking tin.
