Debug Layouts in NativeScript Tutorial

In this NativeScript tutorial, Shiva Prasad shows how to use the tools you already have to debug layouts in NativeScript apps by visualizing them. iOS and Android have slightly different techniques for doing this.

By the way, for the iOS tip, it's assumed you are using the theme that comes with a NativeScript template.
