Wray urges Congress to renew 'critical' surveillance law

While testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee, FBI Director Christopher Wray called on Congress to renew a key surveillance law that is set to expire Dec. 31. Wray said that if Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act was not renewed, it 'would be a form of unilateral disarmament' for the FBI.
