The Best Carrot Cake Ever

Carrot Cake Recipe

Ingredients

Flour 300g
Sugar 250g
Baking powder ½ TBS
Baking soda 1 tsp
Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp
Ground nutmeg 1tsp
Salt. ½ tsp
Eggs 4
Vegetable oil 1 Cup
Yoghurt ½ Cup
Golden Syrup ¼ Cup
Vanilla flavour ½ tsp
Roasted Almonds (Crushed) ½ Cup
Raisins ½ Cup
Grated Carrots 350 to 400g

PROCEDURE

* Measure all dry ingredients (excluding Sugar) sieve and set Aside.

*In another bowl, pour all your wet ingredients,add sugar and mix thoroughly until smooth and lump free

*Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

*Gradually fold in grated carrots,chopped nuts and raisins till well incorporated.

* Pour into a well greased and lined pan and Bake on medium heat for 45min to 1hr or until well cooked.
