Garry`s Mod - gm_construct_beta anomaly evidence (read desc)

Recorded by my friend when playing with me in sandbox (i have rebel model). We both have this map installed.
gm_construct_beta is pretty infamous because of it creepy stuff that are can "spread" on another maps.
So, there is it. Maybe, most unusual (and most unexpected btw) video proof of betastruct influence on other maps. I couldn`t find any another videos with same event happening, even text description. How to delete this shit from game? (simple addon deactivation/deteling is not working)
NOTE: This video is not part of some ARG or horror stuff, none of footage is prescripted, everything is real.
