Are you dieting in the wrong direction?

"I'm cutting out all the bad stuff."

This approach works beautifully for about 4 days.

Then you’re tired, hungry, annoyed, and suddenly standing in the kitchen eating cereal from the box like a raccoon.

This is why I like starting with addition.

Not because restriction is never needed. But because most people make better choices when they’re actually feed and organised.

A balanced breakfast can reduce evening snacking.

A bit more protein and fibre can make the whole day feel less chaotic.

That’s the bit people miss.

You’re not trying to become someone who has perfect discipline around food.

You’re trying to build meals and routines that mean you don’t need quite so much discipline in the first place.
