Hand and Arm Massage using Gua Sha Tool

I shared a Gua Sha demo for the face last year and I wanted to show you how versatile this method of massage is for other parts of the body:

It's a very easy treatment to do on the hands and arms, either on yourself or others, plus you don't need a massage medium. If you haven't already, there are lots of reasons to invest in a Gua Sha tool and they're not at all expensive.
