Rebounding CORE / ABS Workout for Beginners | 20 Min Strength Training at Home
This energizing 20-minute rebounding routine is designed to deeply strengthen, lengthen, and awaken your core and abdominal muscles while promoting nervous system regulation, lymphatic flow, and emotional grounding. Suitable for all levels, this session blends isometric holds, dynamic core movement, and humming breathwork to connect your mind and body for maximum transformation.
We begin with a 4-minute warm-up to stimulate circulation, activate the core, and set intention. Then we flow into 3 minutes of core-lengthening swimming-style reaches while humming, enhancing spinal mobility, deep abdominal activation, and vagus nerve stimulation.
Next, we transition to a seated interval segment, lifting one leg at a time and flexing deeply into the core, building lower abdominal strength, hip stability, and coordination.
From there, we stand back up for a powerful round of isometric core flex holds—sculpting the entire midsection while maintaining balance and breath.
We close the practice with calming core body tapping, gentle bouncing, and humming with visualization to seal in the benefits, reduce stress, and cultivate inner calm.
