Projectile motion cheat code! 🚀#highschoolphysics #ProjectileMotion #STEM #physics #science

📝 Video Description
Ever wondered how velocity and acceleration interact during projectile motion? It is not as simple as it looks! 🚀
In this quick high school physics lesson, we break down how the angle between the velocity vector (the direction of motion) and the acceleration vector (always gravity pulling straight down) changes continuously throughout the flight.
📐 The Three Phases to Remember:
On the Way Up: The velocity points up and forward, while acceleration points straight down. This creates an obtuse angle (90°), which slows the projectile down.
At the Peak: The vertical velocity drops to zero. The projectile moves purely horizontally, while gravity still pulls straight down. This creates a perfect 90° right angle!
On the Way Down: The velocity points down and forward, while acceleration points straight down. This creates an acute angle (90°), speeding the projectile up.
💬 Classroom Challenge:
Can you explain why the angle can never reach 0° or 180° in standard projectile motion? Drop your explanation in the comments below!
