Alright… I’m doing another AU for these two. I WILL get to episodes 14-16. Promise. Anyway, I really don’t like using lyrics in my videos. It makes me feel very trendy… which I hate. However, when I saw the Boy Epic video for this song, I fell in love with how expressive the lyrics were, so used the video in my video. All you can see anymore are the lyrics, but it’s still his video.

Abuse is something I take VERY seriously, and is an extremely personal subject for me, so I didn’t enter into making this video lightly. It was super hard for me to make Daryl be this awful. Don’t get me wrong, there is a lot of sympathy for the character I have built for Daryl in this video. He doesn’t understand why he is the way he is. He hates it, but he also doesn’t know how to fix it. I knew someone very much like this a long time ago.

Also, there’s a part where it looks like the same scene twice, but the second time, I am showing what happened right before that.

Summary:
Daryl and Paul have been together for a few years, but it is a sinking ship. They fight all the time, mostly because Daryl is a giant fucking asshole. Paul wants to break up with Daryl, but it was SO good in the beginning, and he loves Daryl, more than anything, so he’s having trouble letting go. In the end, he can’t let go, he’s in love, even if it’s become toxic. So there’s only one thing left to do.
