🚨 OpsBob | Team Dragonrithm | IBM Build on Bob (BoB) Hackathon 2026

OpsBob is an end-to-end autonomous incident resolution system built on
IBM Bob and IBM watsonx Orchestrate. We don't solve one problem — we
eliminate the entire chain of problems that hits every DevOps team when
production goes down.

🔧 HOW IT WORKS

🔵 STAGE 1 — ASK (IBM Bob: Ask Mode)
Bob reads the full repository, understands cross-file dependencies, and
pinpoints exactly what caused the incident.

🟢 STAGE 2 — PLAN (IBM Bob: Plan Mode)
Bob reasons through the root cause and architects a targeted fix strategy
before writing a single line of code.

🟠 STAGE 3 — CODE (IBM Bob: Code Mode)
Bob writes production-ready corrected code with full awareness of the
codebase's architecture, patterns, and standards.

🤖 WATSONX ORCHESTRATE — 5-AGENT PIPELINE

Once Bob produces the fix, IBM watsonx Orchestrate takes over:

👑 Commander Agent — Acts as judge. Orchestrates all specialist agents
and makes the final deployment decision.

🔍 Static Analysis Agent — Inspects every changed line for logic errors,
security risks, and unintended side effects.

🧪 Test Runner Agent — Executes the full test suite against the patched
code and reports regressions.

✅ Approval Agent — Approves, rejects, or escalates to a human senior
DevOps engineer.

📋 Post-Incident Agent — Compiles all findings into a full structured
report and submits it to the Commander.

If approved → fix is automatically pushed to GitHub via Cloudflare Tunnel.
If uncertain → escalated to a human engineer for manual review.
