Hamas says they're willing to release foreign hostages when 'field conditions are right'

Richard Engel joins Nicolle Wallace on Deadline White House with the news that Hamas is willing to release foreign nationals unconditionally when "field conditions are right." Engel adds “it’s coming from Hamas so it’s healthy and appropriate to treat it with a great deal of skepticism.”
