I GOT A HORSE FOR CHRISTMAS?! | Christmas Horse Surprise

On December 25th, 2015, around 9-10 in the morning, I got my first ever horse, Dashingly Dexter.
I was casually putting all my Christmas presents when my mom started acting weird and pulling out the camera. I’ve longed for this moment for what feels like forever. I’m so blessed to have been given this opportunity. ♡
I got Dexter as a fourteen-year-old Quarter Horse. I started taking ‘lessons’ on him, but little did I know I was actually just trying him out to see how well he and I did together. He was later gifted me as my 2015 Christmas present!
The whole "#GetEmmaAHorse" deal was when I got on Facebook and posted something 2015 summer. Everyone chimed in and started sharing the hashtag and continuously used it to convince my parents to get me a horse. I have been begging for a horse for years, and finally, my dreams became reality. It's been a long wait, but it was all worthwhile. This Christmas, some people got hoverboards that go 6.2 miles per hour, a got a living best friend that goes 35-44 mph!

Hey guys! If you're new to my channel and interested in learning more, then you're in the right place!
My name is Emma, and I am a sixteen-year-old horse owner and jockey wannabe. Ever since I was young, I've been all about horses (and animals, for that matter). In 2015 on Christmas Day, I was given my first horse, Dashingly Dexter, or Dexter, a 2001 American Quarter Horse gelding. My second horse, Filly, is a 2017 Thoroughbred mare who I only part own. While Dexter is my leisure horse, Filly will become a racehorse and Dexter will continue his laid-back life with me. Also apart of Echo Dale is my three dogs, cat, and rabbit.
As for my channel, I post at random- I don't run on a schedule. However, the majority of my videos will be about my pets, horses more specifically, and my day-to-day life with them. Of course, there will be edits and other featured videos here and there, but I plan to keep my focus strictly on Dexter, Filly, and the other critters.
