These Tijuana style birria tacos served out of a taco truck on the old South Central train tracks are considered by many to be the best new taco truck in Los Angeles. L.A. Taco went to see how Teddy Vazquez makes his signature Deluxe Plate which includes a birria mulita, birria quesadilla, and two red birria tacos.
