Persian Rice Recipe _ Adas Polo _ International Cuisines

I have to admit Adas polo Persian recipe has quite a lot of steps but the end result is an aromatic delicious rice dish.
Ingredients:
4 cups long grain rice
1 cup Lentil
1/2 cup raisin
1 onion
1 carrot
1 kilo beef mince
salt 1tsp
pepper 1/2
turmeric 1/2
saffron water 1/4 cup
ghee 1 TBSP
