Retiring The IPad Mini

After many years between using and not using it, I have come to a decision that due to not wanting to run the risk of either electrocution or electrical fire damage as a result of a bloating battery in its interior, it is probably about that time that the old IPad Mini that I have had since my very first Let’s Play of American McGee’s Alice or years earlier before it is going to have to be retired.

True, I could have taken it to an Apple Store or technology repair shop/service at any given time, but given my very busy life outside of most social medias, how stupid expensive things have gotten in this current economy, and the possibility of it being a very old iOS model which likely may have possibly had support for it stopped long ago, I’m just not going to bother with it.

Will there come a time I get a new iPad or something similar to use as a backup if OBS and Prism decide to continue to be a pain in the rear? In the future, maybe, but as of right now, I don’t really see that as a possibility.

In the meantime, since my phone and laptop are still functional, I’ll still be using those.
