Restoring The Electrical System On A 45 Year Old Motorcycle (Part 1/2)

Most of the electrical components on this Kawasaki KM100 enduro bike are inoperable. We work to figure out what the problems are and how to fix them. This is a 1978 model, but this type of electrical system is typical of many motorcycles of its era. It is a 6 volt battery system with alternator / rectifier charging scheme and lights / turn signals /horn.
