At the onset I would like to say that weight loss is a symptom, weight loss is not a disease. Weight loss can be symptom of all these diseases, commonest disease you must be knowing is tuberculosis, cancer malabsorption problem like ulcerative colitis, crohn’s disease, even IBS, and all these conditions are such that the body is either not able to assimilate whatever we’ve eaten or we not able to eat. Weight loss is also a big condition in thyroid disorders where there are waste fluctuations. But having said all of it weight loss is just as simple and until then unless you understand the cause of the symptom , how do you remove it ? You can't say that a diet of bananas will make you put on weight diet because this is like one of the systems you said because you grow fat by eating. So if you don't eat then you become pumpkin we are like using a double reversible logic. But that's not true if your body has not been doing right with the food you've eaten then however much you eat you can't gain weight. And what exactly is weight the structure of the bone doesn't change after the age of 25. after that the diesel plays closed. Do not plan to eat more. I would suggest exercise more. When you will exercise you will irrigate each and every gland of your body including your stomach glands including the absorption and that is when you will see that your body will start doing better things with your food. If you are doing well if your digestion is good then even a handful of dry roasted chana will give you blood. But if your digestion is not in place then even if you have the best meal in the world it's a waste for the body because it does not absorb it. So instead of putting on weight please start thinking about absorption of food. Think about things which help you absorb food better. Think about your daily activities which help you absorb it. So improve exercise make sure that you sleep well. Make sure that you do not eat to put on it you should eat to become healthy your body weight does not determine health. If you're healthy and you're thin. So make sure that you work on the cause of the weight loss not on the weight loss in the system it is just a part of the scene complete the whole picture and then take two people you may want to go to a doctor near you so that a few disorders can be overruled if you have symptoms and if those disorders are overruled then a generic advice to all of you would be please start exercising. Weight will follow.
