Comb Ridge & The Dugway

A look at the Comb Ridge and a ride down The Dugway.

The Dugway was the primary way to cross the Comb by vehicle in this area until the mid 1970s. Its eroded since those days and makes for an interesting and scenic way to get to and from the valley floor.

I've explored The Comb on numerous trips, and I added a few pics from former trips to give viewers a brief look at what its like. The Anasazi (Ancient Puebloans) lived in this area from perhaps as long ago as 1200 BC until around 1350 AD.
