Embrace Nightclub, formerly known as Kingdom, has been one of the city’s top nightspots since it first opened its doors in May 2000, attracting millions of clubbers from across Sheffield and beyond.

But now the venue has turned off its sound system for good after discussions with the Council over a compulsory purchase order necessary to make way for the proposed New Retail Quarter.
