Federal Judge dismisses lawsuit filed by a southeast Iowa Correctional Officer

Jarrod Diers worked at Ottumwa's Resident Corrections Facility for three months in 2023. His 2024 lawsuit claims a resident told him a staffer was spreading rumors that Diers was having sex with a male resident. That resident later recanted.
