Day two of living in my van & traveling the coast of Jamaica for street food and I end up dining around a huge jerk pit for lunch. It is said that here they use some of the traditional methods of jerking pork. Coming form the original jerk pit in Portland, chef Tia slow jerks her pork over a bbq pit until smokey, spicy, golden & tender.
