DakhaBrakha Part 5/7 - Seattle 2014

DakhaBrakha - describe their truly unique musical style as "ethnic chaos".

Hailing from (as they rightly refer to it) "the free Ukraine", they presented the audience with a fantastic performance.

Recorded September 1, 2014 at the Bumbershoot Festival held every year in Seattle, Washington, USA.

Experimenting with different audio and video settings on my camera (some of which had a negative affect) - the recording here does not properly convey the intensity or the 'tonal magic' that emanates from the vocals. Nor the power and clarity of the various instruments. None-the-less, the entire concert is presented on my channel in 7 parts.

If you have the opportunity to see them live, I strongly encourage it. DakhaBrakha had what was a massive audience mesmerized, and traveling to spaces beyond. Afterwards, numerous attendees described DakhaBrakha's show as the pinnacle of the 3-day festival.
