One of the most easily overlooked aspects of hiring drivers is the experience you create for them when applying.

We have a saying:
"If it's hard to apply, you can wave bye-bye."

Meaning:
If it takes more than 5 minutes for your drivers to apply using a "short app" OR...
If it takes more than 15 minutes for them to apply to a full DOT app...

It's Game Over.
