Sin embargo, el presidente peruano, expresó sus dudas por la viabilidad del Tren Interoceánico alegando los altos costos y el riesgo de una baja ocupación. "Es una idea que se promovió el año pasado para transportar la soja del Mato Grosso (oeste de Brasil) a China más rápidamente, pero yo tengo algunas preguntas sobre este tren que he expresado en este viaje", subrayó el mandatario en una entrevista a Efe.
