Open Claude on desktop and connect Gmail as a connector. Ask Claude to read your last 30 days of sent emails, learn your writing style, and save that as a saved skill. Then go to Claude Cowork and create a scheduled task that runs every morning.

Now every day Claude reads my unread inbox, asks clarifying questions on anything tricky, drafts a response in my voice for every important email, and stages them as Gmail drafts. I just review the drafts and hit send.

It saves me about 45 minutes every single morning on email.
