The Soundliberty 94 would be my recommendation for budget wireless earphones with active noise cancellation (https://amzn.to/3kEHfzm). I liked that the Soundliberty's had pretty good noise cancellation, good volume and decent bass, and that they fit my ears comfortably without falling out our losing the seal (even with sweating while exercising). I did have some connectivity issues (where the connection dropped out for a few seconds) and I also feel like I wasn't getting the advertised battery life. I also feel like the touch controls were a bit buggy, not working consistently. Still for the price I feel like these offered great value - certainly a lot more value than the Apple Airpods Pro that I tried earlier this year.
