No Bread Chicken Sandwich in Sandwich Maker | Chicken veg pockets in sandwich maker [Without Bread]

Hello friends
Today we will share how to make Chicken vegetable sandwiches in sandwich maker without bread. We call this chicken veg pockets in sandwich maker. This chicken vegetable sandwiches are delicious and can be made when there is no bread in the house. This chicken sandwich recipe is quick and less hustle. This a ideal Tiffin recipe for kids, yummy and notorious. so, friends give this Chicken vegetable sandwich made in toaster.

Ingredients
Chicken - 1cup
Eggs - 2 pcs
vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Chilli flacks - 1 tsp
Crushed black paper - 1/2 tsp
salt - to taste ( I used 1/4 tsp)
Any chicken flavouring / Chicken stock - 1 packet \ 1 cube
grated Carrot - 1\2 cup
mixed papers - 1\2 cup
shredded Cabbage - 1\2 cup
Green onion - 1\4 cup
Boiled shredded chicken - 1 cup ( boiled with salt)
Green chilli (optional) - 1 tsp
Chopper coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
soy sauce - 1 tbsp
water - 1\4 cup

METHOD
1. In a bowl whisk eggs 2 minutes for fluffy sandwiches. Add oil and whisk for another minute.
2. Add flour, baking powder, chilli flakes, crushed black paper, salt, chicken flavouring and mix ( mixing is optional as you can mix everything together, i just like to do it this way).
3. Add all the vegetables, chicken, soy sauce, add water 2 or 3 batches.
4. mix well and make batter not to runny, not too thick as shown in the video.
5. Brush oil to sandwich maker, preheat for 5 minutes.
6. Add chicken veg mix in sandwich maker carefully.
7. Cook for 7-10 minutes, cooking time may very because of sandwich maker power and brand. (sandwich maker used 800 watts)
8. Remove sandwiches from sandwich maker.
9. Enjoy crispy, delicious chicken veg sandwiches with ketchup or chilli sauce!!!
