I know a lot of you guys really love and enjoy Glossybox and im really happy you do! It just wasnt for me personally, but thats okay everybody like different things! I wouldnt have any negative feelings toward the company if it weren't for my experience with thier customer service. However, the one lady who I spoke with was really nice and I am thankful for that! And I hope that other ladys day got better :)

I honestly think thats pretty pitiful. I basically got a box of stuff that I can barely use, either because its so small or just difficult to use, for 50% off the regular retail value. And it is a bit annoying to me that others received full size $350 eye creams in their boxes when mine is barely worth the $21 I paid even though I didn't want to!
