Slow-Mo Hits? Power Hits? What do you even call this?
Either way, just a small little compilation of moments this new little slow-motion effect occurs from notably powerful moves in Smash Bros. Ultimate, taken from character trailers and the Smash Bros. directs. This very much isn't all of them, but I stuck to direct footage from the official sources for now.

It was sort of a thing in Smash 4, but mainly for Little Mac's KO Uppercut and Cloud's Specials with full limit. But this time a slew of special moves have this slow-mo effect occur when you land them, accompanied by a blue background and the appropriate sound effect reused from the KO Uppercut in Smash 4. Certain assist trophies and items will also cause this, as well as KOing Assist Trophies.
