Maple Syrup Museum of St. Jacobs, Ontario - Canada

Hey guys! We are in Saint Jacobs, Ontario, Canada and we are learning about maple syrup! Most people use maple syrup for breakfast items like pancakes and waffles, but it's sweetener quality makes it quite versatile. Sap is collected from maple trees and then it is heated to start the syrup process. The museum provides insight on the processing from indigenous, pioneer, and the current method of using an evaporator. Come along with us!

Parking: Parking is available across the street.

Worth a Visit: If you are in Saint Jacobs, take a look. The museum is free! And, they have two other exhibits about the History of St. Jacobs and the History of Electricity. These are all small, self-guided exhibits. The town is quite nice as they have a little shopping district with silo antique markets. Also, the Farm Pantry store sells maple syrup, so take a walk and check it out. The Maple Syrup Museum of Ontario is located at 1441 King St N in St. Jacobs, Ontario Canada.
