Top 10 Fantastic Electric Cars Coming Before 2023

0:00 Flagship Luxury EVs
It’s a mark of the maturity of electric car technology that there is now a very fast-growing market for what we might call premium-branded luxury EVs. It was a segment created a decade ago by Tesla, but plenty of manufacturers are now desperate to be seen to be at the very forefront of it. Here is the top 10 flagship electric cars with unbeatable range and luxury interior.

0:24 BMW i4
The production-ready 4-door, which is now available for pre-sale as a single motor eDrive40 and a dual-motor M50, retains the polarizing appearance of its concept predecessor. The 2022 BMW i4 is based on an experimented and proven BMW modular cluster architecture, utilized as early as 2015, rather than on a specific EV platform. Although it still has an IDrive powertrain that houses one compartment, the engine and electronics recently in-house manufactured by the company.

1:29 Audi A6 e-tron
It's believed to be almost similar to the series variant, which will launch in early 2023. The all-electric A6 concept comes with a magnificent appearance, and all-new premium platform electric-powered underpinnings were developed in collaboration with Porsche. The Audi has two electric motors with a combined output of 476 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque, as well as a standard 100-kilowatt-hour battery with a range of over 400 miles.

2:30 Genesis G80 EV
The G80 EV boasts a redesigned crest grille and 19-inch turbine-shape wheels. The drivetrain consists of two all-wheel-drive motors, but since the retrofitted chassis cannot accommodate too many batteries, the range will be restricted to 267 WLTP miles.

3:23 NIO ET7
The Nio ET7 is the brand's first luxury sedan and its second variant to reach the European marketplace, with manufacturing set to start by the end of 2021.
This car, which is almost 200 inches in length, has a highly aerodynamic design with flush door handles and a drag coefficient of 0.23. The ET7 is powered by a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system that includes a 245-horsepower front permanent magnet unit and a 408-horsepower rear asynchronous motor.

4:21 Xpeng P7
The Chinese startup Xpeng's second electric vehicle is doing well in its home market. The P7 continues to expand its fleet of customers, having sold over 25,000 units since its debut in mid-2020. This year, the fastback will add a new standard range model with a 60-kilowatt hour lithium phosphate battery to its range of options and configurations.

5:15 Polestar Precept
The Polestar Precept, which has already been announced as a manufacturing vehicle for the 2023 model year, is Polestar's first entry into the big sedan category. Polestar has a large number of smart sensors and lighters in the front area. The vehicle is said to have a range between 300 and 390 miles and is designed to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

6:07 BYD Han
This mid-size luxury sedan was first introduced as a plug-in hybrid model, but it is now also available as a battery-electric vehicle. With a strong front fascia, wide grille, and Dragon Claw tail lights, the Han EV has a striking design. A single 218 hp engine drives the front wheels of the basic model, while an extra motor at the back axle boosts overall output to 487 horsepower in the all-wheel-drive performance version.

7:09 Lucid Air
The Lucid Air, manufactured by Peter Rawlinson, a former head automotive engineer for the Tesla Model S, aspires to set the gold standard for the so-called Car 2.0. Quality control takes priority over robotization at the manufacturing company. And, according to recent reports, major manufacturing is about to start. There are four trim levels: Air, Air Touring, Air Grand Touring and Air Dream Edition. The flagship model will have up to 517 miles of driving range and 1080 horsepower due to a twin motor all-wheel-drive system.

8:15 Tesla Model S Plaid
Tesla's new flagship car has officially begun delivery after a six-month wait. The latest model is the zero to 60 with one-foot rollout and a time of 1.99 seconds, which is a great accomplishment. With a trapped speed of 155 miles per hour, a quarter-mile takes 9.23 seconds. These crazy figures are made possible by the all-new tri-motor all-wheel-drive engine with torque factoring. It generates 1020 horsepower and 1050 pound-feet of torque.

9:25 Mercedes Benz EQS
Despite being a newcomer to the luxury electric vehicle party, Mercedes new flagship is demonstrating how it's actually done. The new left-back aerodynamic body, which has the lowest track coefficient for a production vehicle of only 0.2, replaces the king's restrained shapes. The EQS 450 plus, a rear-wheel-drive electric vehicle, and the EQS 584matic, a dual-motor all-wheel-drive electric car, will be offered in two variants. These systems will generate 329 and 560 horsepower, respectively.
