Laminate countertop is an economical choice for kitchens, bathrooms and built-ins. For situations where you might be re-using or modifying an older countertop, being able to make your own end cap can be crucial. Learn how to make an end cap from a sink cut out or countertop offcut quickly and easily. I've used many different laminate trimmers and trim routers over the years but my favorite is the Bosch GFK12V-25N since it has a unique shape and is cordless. Bosch sent me the GFK12V-25N 12V trim router to try out and I've been very happy with it. The unique shape makes it comfortable to hold in many different positions. With the GFK12V-25N being a 12V cordless tool, there is no power cord to worry about catching on anything and possibly ruining the cut.
