Just to be clear I constantly have to battle off the bad thoughts. I have developed a very strong mind over the last 3 years. Nothing comes easy but if you push hard enough anything is possible. I have learned that first hand. I am 100% mentally sound , but I work hard to stay that way and I believe you can do the same. God bless you.
