12 Minute Yoga Class - Lengthen & Stretch

This mini flow is a total body flow, with a focus on opening up your hamstrings & hips, creating length & flexibility through your spine, and gently twisting to release your upper back and shoulders.

Take a few minutes to breathe, flow, and let go of excess tension and stretch.
