The Modern Pantry with Anna Hansen - February 2013 | Food & Restaurants | Harrods

Like a culinary Cinderella, her story is one of (dish)rags to riches, but The Modern Pantry's Anna Hansen is no food snob, in fact, she opened a take-away at Harrods Food Hall for February 2013. The tempting menu included braised pig cheeks and plaintain fritters, butternut squash stuffed with couscous and dates for starters, followed by salmon with a macadameia liquorice black garlic crust or roast lamb with cumin, thyme and lemon. Delicious desserts included Earl Grey pannacotta and chocolate sour cherry and rosewater brownies.
