Recipe:

Beef
Potato
Onion
Beets (better get canned ones - it's already cooked and sliced and has essential saturated RED color juice in a can, that's what we need!!)
Carrot
Any kind of herbs (we had basil, coriander and couple of bay leaves)
Black pepper/salt(garic salt is very welcomed)/ any other spices to your taste, don't be afraid of experiments honey!!
Cabbage (usually half is enough)
Celery
Pepper
Tomato paste
Garlic powder (you can never have too much garlic in this soup, trust me)
Garlic/olive oil mix

1) Bring beef to a boil, remove scum, add salt/pepper/bay leaf
2) Add potato and cabbage
3) Leave it alone for a while lol

Stir-fry:
Olive oil + carrots + celery + pepper + beets + onion + garlic powder + herbs + garlic/olive oil mix + tomato paste

4) Put stir-fry in a pan (make sure it's enough space there, don't repeat out mistakes lol)
5) Leave it for approx 20-30 mins over medium heat, mixng regularly
6) When potato and beet are soft you can turn it off
7) Get the plate ready!! Serve with sour cream/parsley/dill/cilantro... or how you like it :)
