Karate Kyokushin is believed to be the strongest karate and here you can see why, in this video we have combined great karate combinations for fighters and beginners together with some kyokushin karate tournament preparation drills and trainings for fighters as well as beginners.

In the video we also have some karate Highlights from our guest Instructors -the talented Shihan Fabrice Fourment and also the Legend Shihan Judd Reid who is also one of the few Warriors in the World who have done 100 man Kumite.
