ImageJ is an open-source Java program, and you can get it on either Windows, MacOS or Linux. And there are a couple of different distributions of ImageJ, but the one we're gonna use today is Fiji. I usually recommend the Fiji distribution of ImageJ because it comes with a lot of plug-ins already included in one package.
