I Finally Got My PMHNP Clinical Placement! 🤩👩🏻‍⚕️📚

Welcome back! Today’s video is a little get-ready-with-me / chat while I catch you up on how my PMHNP clinicals finally (and chaotically) started.

I found out I was starting clinical rotations on a Friday night… with poison ivy all over my face and body 😅. It’s been a long road to get here — from waiting for placement to jumping straight into a ketamine and TMS clinic.

I’m also talking about some early hiccups with the owner, how I’ve had to set boundaries and advocate for myself as a grad student, and how things are going so far. Thankfully, my preceptor has been amazing, and I’m already learning so much about treatment-resistant depression, TMS protocols, and ketamine therapy.
