A world first and a Hong Kong exclusive, The Macallan Room is a new sanctuary for those seeking to immerse themselves in the world of whisky.

“What we wanted to do is bring The Macallan distillery to our consumers. This is the first room that we’ve opened globally, and we’ve been able to look at every single detail,” says Jaime Martin, Managing Director of Edrington Hong Kong & Macau. His favourite element of The Macallan Room is the back bar, which houses more than 80 bottles of The Macallan Sherry Oak and The Macallan Rare Cask in a dramatic arch that soars over the heads of those seated.
