▶ Ironically, no quality was loss, but this would KILL mobile data if not corrected

▶ Now, imported into AfterEffects using "KeyLight" to remove the Green Screen "Chroma"
▶ ...with an "unconventional" hex of: 1C6B00
▶ Overlaid with 2x Photo Filters for a pollution/smog effect:
▶ 1.) Adobe's "Deep Emerald" - 7fc57f - 85% - Lumenosity NOT Preserved
▶ 2.) Black (#00000) 35% - Lumenosity Preserved
▶ Tested with pre-render; reduced to 35% Opacity

Imported a second (duplicate) Fog Sample
▶ Again, cut down to 00:01:06:00, removed the green overlay again
▶ This is sample is flipped horizontally, and placed behind the former
▶ Goal: Underlayer with contrasting color & movement
▶ It has a single photo filter (Black [#00000]; 100% Density, NOT preserving the Lumenosity)
▶ Darkness forces a reduction to 25% opacity

Order of the layers is now:
▶ 2nd Fog Sample
▶ Initial Fog Sample
▶ StarCitizen"City" Sample

Re-imported into Adobe Premiere
▶ Trimmed 5s from start of clip
▶ Trimmed 17.08s from end
▶ Clip is now 43.23s
▶ Copied clip 125x in Adobe Premiere
▶ All clips are connected with a 5s crossfade
▶ Clip #125 is 00:00:05:14
▶ Final export: H.264 MP4, 30 FPS
▶ Adobe Premiere Profile: MAIN, Level: 4.1,
