DOJ eyes resolution on Bulacan ghost flood control project cases by Nov. 28 | ANC

On The Scene: The Independent Commission for Infrastructure and the Department of Justice continue their probe into flood control anomalies. The Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) submitted on Monday, November 24, 2025 to the ICI the results of its technical validation on alleged ghost flood control projects in the country. A total of 95 boxes of documents were unloaded from the PNP-Logistics Support Service truck at the ICI headquarters in Taguig, containing validation reports from different flood control projects from Regions I to IX.
