My exercise routine and healthy diet just went out the window last month. I'm so out of shape, but that's okay! My health journey is all about balance, so I'm focusing on not jumping into some crazy weight loss regiment or workout plan. I'm just easing back into eating healthy and working out in ways that I enjoy.
