Severe Complications ⎮ Implants Reconstruction

This week's patient is a referred case, as requested by another dentist. As seen in the panoramic view, this is indeed a challenging case. The bone level has significantly risen, possibly due to implant failures, and the distance from the ridge crest to the nasal floor is insufficient. The occlusion is also in a precarious state. The patient has requested implant reconstruction, and it seems that stabilizing the upper 20s to achieve occlusion with the lower 30s and creating a vertical stop might be the solution. Even the height of the central incisor is only around 7-8mm, making it a common Type 3 Fixed Prosthesis case. Overall, comprehensive management seems necessary, and we may need to address the sinus in the posterior as well. Currently, we are contemplating a sinus graft.
