建議放置三天後再食用，是為了等月餅回油
Leave It for 3 days before eating, texture will be better 😋
食材 ingredients

-----餅皮 dough----- ( 12, 每粒大約 around 50g each)
糖青 golden syrup 240g
普通麵粉 all purpose flour 300g
花生油 peanut oil 75g
梘水 alkaline water 1tsp

-----餡料 filling----- 椰蓉 35g (12, 每粒大約 around 50g each)
椰蓉 coconut filling 100g
鷄蛋 egg 1
融化牛油 melted butter 25g
細砂糖 caster sugar 80g
煉乳 condensed milk 1tbsp
椰漿 coconut milk 50g
牛奶 milk 100g
低筋麵粉 low protein flour 25g

------紅豆泥 red bean paste ----- （12, 每粒大約 每粒 65g each）

【溫度 Temperature】
-----水蒸 steam----- (椰蓉 coconut filling)
(第一輪 first round)
- 10mins
(第二輪 second round)
-10 mins

-----烘烤 bake-----
(第一輪 first round)
- 預熱+上下火 （10分鐘）200c
- Preheated + upper&bottom heat (10mins) 200c
(第二輪 second round)
- 預熱+上下火 （20分鐘）200c
- Preheated + upper&bottom heat (20mins) 200c
