How to Learn to Discern. We are living in times where it is very important to discern. We all need to discern everything we read, listen to and watch, that's an important "detail" that many of us are not doing, we are just letting ourselves be confused by so much mixed and undiscerned information out there. Having confusion and doubts in our minds doesn't help us to differentiate what is coming from God and what is not. Discernment is a gift from God that consists of supernatural knowledge of the secrets of the heart or personal things. Therefore, if we don't have it, we can ask God to give it to us and He who can read our hearts can grant us that gift, if it's His will. In this video we are going to share with you how we can do our effort to humanly start discerning. The practice of discernment of Spirits is as old as Christian spirituality. Saint Paul stated: "test everything and hold on to what is good" - 1 Thessalonians 5,21
