Shangri-La Dialogue 2019 Keynote Address

PM Lee Hsien Loong gave the keynote address at the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) Shangri-La Dialogue on 31 May 2019. He spoke about US-China relationship, its effect on the world, in particular Southeast Asia, and what can be done to move forward.
