AWS Project: Deploy Python App with Application Load Balancer

In this AWS project, we deploy a Python Flask To-Do application on EC2 behind an Application Load Balancer (ALB) to build a simple highly available cloud architecture.

Instead of exposing a single EC2 instance directly to the internet, we use an Application Load Balancer to distribute traffic across multiple instances running our Flask API.

This is a real-world AWS architecture pattern used in production systems.

What you will learn in this project:

• Deploy a Python Flask To-Do API on EC2
• Configure an Application Load Balancer (ALB)
• Create and configure a Target Group
• Register EC2 instances behind the Load Balancer
• Configure ports and health checks
• Build a simple highly available application setup

By the end of this video, you will understand how to deploy Python applications on AWS using load balancing, which is a core concept for cloud engineers and DevOps engineers.

This video is part of my AWS Projects Series where we build real cloud projects from beginner to advanced.
If you enjoy hands-on AWS projects, consider subscribing because I will be publishing more real-world AWS + DevOps projects.
